In response to the question that you posed to me concerning what policy or guidelines are utilized for our Forest Management program. We do not have guidelines specific to Progress Energy, but use as guidance the Forestry Best Management Practices established by the NC Division of Forest Resources within the Department of Environmental, Health and Natural Resources.
