PROJECT MANAGER REORGANIZATION FOR THE DUKE ENERGY SITES
Dear Mr. Jones:
This letter is being sent to inform you of a reorganization in Project Directorate II-1 that will affect the Duke Energy sites. As of May 2, 2005, Mr. Sean Peters has been assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions primary Project Manager (PM) for McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2. Mr. Peters will continue as the primary PM for Catawba Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2, and Mr. Leonard Olshan will continue as the primary PM for Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2, and 3.
We envision that Mr. Peters and Mr. Olshan will act as a team responsible for licensing actions and activities for the three Duke Energy sites, with Mr. Olshan having the overall lead. Either Mr. Olshan or Mr. Peters may have the lead and signature authority for a particular licensing action, depending on priorities and resource availabilities. Please update you distribution so that Mr. Peters will receive all licensing correspondence for Oconee.
