ICONTAINMENT Summary:

Oconee unit 3 began the month of February operating at approximately 100% power. On 02/16/05 at 1932 the unit began decreasing power due to a main steam line pressure transmitter impulse line leak inside containment. The unit held at 18% power from 02/16/05 at 2009 to 02/17/05 at 0050 to transfer unit auxiliaries from the auxiliary transformer to the startup transformer. The unit was taken off-line at 0144. The unit returned to service on 02/22/05 at 1401 holding at 19% power until 1500. During power escalation, the unit held at 25% power from 1526 to 2215 to complete work in containment and the loss of operator aid computer (OAC) and the restoration of the OAC. The unit held at 40% power from 2331 to 02/23/05 at 0023 to move group 8 control rods for imbalance control and to start putting on the second feedwater pump 3B. The unit had trouble starting the second feedwater pump 3B and held at 50% power from 0115 to 0458. On 02/23/05 between at 0639 to 0706 the unit held at 70% power to place the feedwater (Cont'd)
