02108/05 0209 Turbine and Main Generator synchronized to the grid.

02/08/05 2317 Unit reaches essentially full power.

02/10/05 2315 Train "B"Containment Spray System declared inoperable due to Component Cooling Water valve 2HV6500 not fully opening or closing.

Entered 7-day shutdown action in accordance with plant Technical Specifications.

02/14/05 2155 Unit shutdown commenced to repair 2HV6500.

02/15/05 0231 Manually tripped Turbine and Main Generator. Unit offline.

02/15/05 0241 Manually tripped Reactor from approximately 9% power. Unit entered Mode 3.

02/15/05 0902 Unit entered Mode 4.

02/15/05 1804 Unit entered Mode 5.

02/28/05 2400 Unit in Mode 5.

Note: There were no challenges to the pressurizer safety valves during the month.
