Walkdowns RCS leaks boric acid leaks from pressure-retaining 18 of 18 pressurizer/CFT nozzles inspected components. Inspect other A600 RCS small bore 14 o14 hot leg nozzles inspected locations (OP 2311.009).

13 of 13 Cold Leg nozzles inspected No indications identified Final boric acid inspection above the service structure to be performed as early as May 4, 2004.

Note 1: The freespan length below the weld has been confirmed to meet Entergy's Order Relaxation request of February 11, 2004 (CNRO-2004-0008).
