WATERFORD STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNIT 3 - CORRECTION TO SAFETY EVALUATION DATED OCTOBER 28, 2004, REGARDING REVISION TO PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN, AND SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN (TAC NO. MC2987)
Dear Mr. Venable:
By letter dated October 28, 2004, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an administrative change to the Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3, Facility Operating License (NPF-38) to incorporate the reference to the recently-revised physical security plan, training and qualification plan, and safeguards contintency plan. Your staff identified three errors in the Safety Evaluation provided in the October 28, 2004, letter.
Therefore, the NRC is issuing corrected pages 14, 15, and 43 of the Safety Evaluation, which contain Safeguards Information. The revised Safety Evaluation pages for Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3, are enclosed. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
