By letter September 21, 2004 (Accession Number ML042870363), you requested the withdrawal and return of proprietary information submitted in your letter dated April 26, 2004 (Accession Number ML041260393), in accordance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Section 2.390(c)(3). The proprietary information (Accession Number ML041260395) was the subject of our letter to you dated June 8, 2004. Since the subject information does not meet any of the criteria in 10 CFR 2.390(c)(3)(i) through (v), under which document retention is mandatory, we grant withdrawal and herein return copies of the subject document as an enclosure to this letter. We have also deleted electronic copies of the subject document contained in the US Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Agencywide Documents Access and Management System.
