NPF-41, NPF-51 and NPF-74 Report of Full Compliance with Order for Compensatory Measures Related to Training Enhancements On Tactical and Firearms Proficiency and Physical Fitness Applicable to Armed Nuclear Power Plant Security Force Personnel The Commission issued Order EA-03-039, Compensatory Measures Related to Training Enhancements on Tactical and Firearms Proficiency and Physical Fitness Applicable to Armed Nuclear Power Plant Security Force Personnel, ("Order") on April 29, 2003, to Arizona Public Service Company (APS).Section III.A.2. of the Order required that APS complete implementation of the requirements in Attachment 2 to the Order by October 29, 2004.Section III.C.2. of the Order required that APS report to the Commission when it had achieved full compliance with the requirements described in Attachment 2 to the Order.
