August 17, 2004 NRC:04:028 Document Control Desk U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, D.C. 20555-0001 Request for Review and Approval of Addendum 3 to BAW-10199(P) "The BWU Critical Heat Flux Correlations" Framatome ANP requests the NRC's review and approval of Addendum 3 to the topical report BAW-10199(P), 'The BWU Critical Heat Flux Correlations." Addendum 3 consists of Appendix 1, "The BWU-B11 R CHF Correlation Specifically Developed for the Mark B-1I1 Spacer Grids."
Proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the addendum are provided on the enclosed CDs.
Duke Power has indicated its intent to reference this topical report for Oconee 2, Cycle 22, following a Fall 2005 refueling. Framatome ANP therefore requests that the NRC complete its review by September 30, 2005.
Framatome ANP considers some of the material contained in the enclosed documents to be proprietary. As required by 10 CFR 2.390(b), an affidavit is enclosed to support the withholding of the information from public disclosure.
