CORRECTION LETTER - ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE, UNIT NO.1 - ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT RE: ELIMINATION OF REQUIREMENTS FOR HYDROGEN RECOMBINERS AND HYDROGEN MONITORS (TAC NO. MC2032)
Dear Mr. Forbes:
By letter dated August 12, 2004, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Amendment No. 222 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-51. The amendment eliminates the requirements in the technical specifications associated with hydrogen recombiners and hydrogen monitors.
Subsequent to the issuance of the amendment, which has a 120-day implementation period, it was brought to our attention that the technical specification remove/insert instructions contained two mistakes. Page 3.6.7-1 was written 3.6.7.1 and page 3.6.7-2 was written 3.6.7.2. The corrected insert/remove page is enclosed. Please replace the incorrect version with the enclosure. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that may have been caused by not correctly indicating the correct page numbers.
