TURKEY POINT NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 3 AND 4 WITHDRAWAL OF RELAXATION REQUEST FROM ORDER EA 03-038 (TAC NOS. MC3637 AND MC3638)
Dear Mr. Stall:
By letter dated June 23, 2004, Florida Power and Light submitted a Relaxation for Turkey Point, Units 3 and 4, from the requirements contained in Attachment 2, paragraph C.2(a) of Order EA-03-038 issued by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff on April 29, 2003. This Relaxation was for both Turkey Point Units 3 and 4, from July 11 to September 5, 2004, from the requirements regarding security personnel average work hour limits. Subsequently, by letter dated July 30, 2004, you withdrew the Relaxation request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above cited application is being treated as withdrawn.
