Dear Mr. Stall:

This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. Mark Dryden of your staff and Mr. Steven Rudisail of NRC staff on June 15, 2004, concerning a management meeting (Category One public meeting) which is scheduled for July 15, 2004, from 9:00 a.m., until 4:00 p.m. (EST).

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss current site performance and strategic issues, and is being conducted at your request. The location of the meeting will be at FPL Corporate Offices at 700 Universe Boulevard in Juno Beach, Florida, Room D4216. The meeting notice which provides additional details is enclosed.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
