- 1) Oconee URI 02-03-02: Yes
- 2) North Anna 03-06-01: To be provided, I have a call Into the licensee regarding the corrective actions that they have documented.
- 3) Hatch 03-06-01 and 02: Yes*. The licensee has modified their procedures to make the manual actions taken In response to the SRV circuitry routing deficiencies more timely. However, though it Is the subject of rulemaking, the use of manual actions to compensate for an Appendix R separation deficiency is currently a non-compliance. In addition, correspondence received from the licensee regarding the URls, indicates that they are In disagreement with underlying position by the NRC that there Is a performance deficiency associated with the wiring of the SRVs.
