LOCATION:
U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 16-B-4 Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE:
To discuss NMCs June 25, 2004, Point Beach EAL conversion submittal. The discussion will focus on: 1) the nature of apparent deviations from the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 99-01 EALs identified during the acceptance review of the submittal, and 2) whether the submittal contains additional deviations not identified.
CATEGORY 1:
- This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
PARTICIPANTS:
Participants from the NRC include members of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR), Region III (RIII), and the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR).
