Byrne letter dated July 9, 2004 South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) hereby submits the additional information for the Training and Qualification Plan for the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station (VCSNS) submitted in response to the April 29, 2003 Security Orders. The request for additional information (RAI) was received in a letter from the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation dated July 9, 2004 (TAC No. MC2976). The original ten-day response was extended to July 27, 2004 as discussed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) in a telephone conference on July 20, 2004.
