- INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION DOCKET NOS. 05000261 AND 07200003 - ROBINSON NUCLEAR PLANT
Dear Mr.Moyer:
This refers to the open management meeting that was conducted on June 29, 2004, at the NRC Region II Office in Atlanta, Georgia at your request to discuss the status of the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation that is under construction at your site. A list of attendees and a copy of your presentation handout are enclosed. It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial to us in understanding your construction and dry run demonstration schedule.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
