SUMMARY

The Unit began the report period operating at a nominal value of 100% output. On 5/15104 at 0327 hours0.00378 days <br />0.0908 hours <br />5.406746e-4 weeks <br />1.244235e-4 months <br />, the Unit began a power reduction to approximately 62% output in order to repair the "B" Main Feedwater Pump Shaft-Driven Main Lube Oil Pump suction pipe (located inside the oil reservoir) that had vibrated loose. An output of approximately 62% was achieved at 0643 hours0.00744 days <br />0.179 hours <br />0.00106 weeks <br />2.446615e-4 months <br /> on 5/15/04. Output was further reduced from approximately 62% to approximately 59% from 1200 to 1400 on 5/15/04 in order to clear a Feedwater Pump Flow high alarm. Following completion of repairs, the Unit commenced to return to full power at 2332 hours0.027 days <br />0.648 hours <br />0.00386 weeks <br />8.87326e-4 months <br /> on 5/16/04. A nominal value of 100% output was achieved at 0337 hours0.0039 days <br />0.0936 hours <br />5.57209e-4 weeks <br />1.282285e-4 months <br /> on 5/17/04. The Unit continued to operate at a nominal value of 100% output for the remainder of the report period.
