FORT CALHOUN STATION, UNIT 1 - REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RE: SECURITY PLAN SECTIONS 10-19 (TAC NO. MC2922)
Dear Mr. Clark:
In response to the April 29, 2003, Orders revising the design basis threat, you submitted a revised physical security plan, safeguards contingency plan, and guard training and qualification plan, including an implementation schedule, for Fort Calhoun Station, Unit 1. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff is reviewing your submission and has determined that a request for additional information (RAI) is necessary in order to complete its evaluation based on its review of Sections 10 through 19 of your physical security plan. We discussed the enclosed RAI with Dr. R. L. Jaworski and others of the Fort Calhoun staff during a telephone call on June 14, 2004. Please respond to the enclosed RAI within 10 days from receipt of this NOTICE: The enclosed information contains Safeguards Information. Upon separation from the Enclosure, this letter is DECONTROLLED.
