MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT (CATEGORY ONE MEETING) - INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION H. B. ROBINSON - DOCKET NOS. 05000261 AND 07200003
Dear Mr. Moyer:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. C. Baucom of your staff and Mr. B. Desai of this office on May 24, 2004, concerning a meeting which has been scheduled for June 29, 2004 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m (EST). The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the status and future plans for the new Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation that is under construction at your site. The location of the meeting will be at the Region II Office, Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth Street, SW, Atlanta, Georgia, in Suite 24T65. The meeting will be an open meeting in accordance with NRCs Policy Statement for Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings, May 28, 2002 (Federal Register Volume 67, Number 102, 36920-36924).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
