CATAWBA NUCLEAR STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONCERNING STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INTEGRITY CRITERIA (TAC NOS. MB7842 AND MB7843)
By letters dated October 10, 2003, (which revised the letter dated September 29, 2003) and March 24, 2004, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) sent requests for additional information (RAIs) concerning the structural integrity performance criteria (SIPC) for Catawba Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2. It is the NRC staffs understanding that you will be submitting a revised amendment request that incorporates the revised SIPC that was described during the May 14, 2004, meeting between the NRC staff and the Nuclear Energy Institute. Based on this understanding, the NRC staff no longer requires a response to the RAIs.
