The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff (the staff) and representatives of Nuclear Management Company LLC (NMC) held a telephone conference (telecon) on May 3, 2004, to discuss and clarify staff requests for licensee aging management program post-audit additional information concerning the Point Beach Nuclear Plant License Renewal Application (LRA). The telecon was useful in clarifying some of the questions that remained following an April 28 to April 30, 2004 on-site aging management program audit. provides a list of the conference call participants. Enclosure 2 contains a listing of the questions and responses obtained from the applicant. As a result of the conference, applicant plans to revise some of the responses and submit in June.
The applicant has had an opportunity to review and comment on this summary.
