Oyster Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-219.
License Amendment Request No. 306 AmerGen Energy Company, LLC submitted the subject change request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on April 21, 2003 with a supplement submitted September 11, 2003. The proposed changes would revise Technical Specifications and associated Suiveillance Requirements pertaining to certain direct current (DC) power sources (B and C station batteries and associated chargers). In addition, a new administrative controls section pertaining to a station battery monitoring and maintenance program is proposed.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b). We have no comments.
