Docket Nos. 50-361 and 50-362 Annual Reactor Coolant System Specific Activity Report-2003 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3 Gentlemen:
As required by San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3, Technical Specification (TS) 5.7.1.1(b), Southern California Edison is submitting the specific activity analyses results for instances where the primary coolant exceeded TS 3.4.16 limits. The reporting period is January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003.
Based on routine reactor coolant system activity surveillances, this letter confirms there were no instances during the reporting period in which the reactor coolant system specific activity exceeded TS 3.4.16 limits for San Onofre Units 2 and 3.
