Purpose:
The NRC requested an Annual Assessment Meeting with Entergy to discuss NRCs assessment of the safety performance of the Indian Point Nuclear Generating Units 2 and 3 for calendar year 2003. NRCs assessment is documented in a letter dated March 3, 2004.
