Dear Mr. Myers:
By letter dated March 4, 2004 (ADAMS ML040640499), I sent a request for additional information (RAI) to you regarding the Davis-Besse root cause analysis of the reactor pressure vessel head degradation. The date stated in that letter as the requested response date, May 25, 2005, was in error. The correct date that we request a response to the RAI is May 25, 2004. This date was discussed with your staff.
