OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 2 - REVIEW OF FALL 2002, END-OF-CYCLE 19 STEAM GENERATOR INSPECTION REPORT (TAC NO. MC0906)
By letters dated November 12 and December 5, 2002, February 10 and February 12, 2003, you submitted reports summarizing the steam generator tube inspections performed in the Fall 2002 end-of-cycle 19 refueling outage. In addition, your staff and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff participated in conference calls during the steam generator inspection activities; our summary of these conference calls was sent to you by letter dated February 25, 2003.
The NRC staff formally reviews all steam generator inspection summary reports submitted by licensees in accordance with the plants technical specification requirements. The NRC staff has reviewed your steam generator inspection report and has concluded that you have provided the required information outlined by the technical specifications and that there are no items that require followup. It should be noted that Oconee, Unit 2 steam generators will be replaced at the end-of-cycle 20 during the Spring 2004 outage.
