Dear Mr. Moyer:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Chuck Baucom of your staff and me on February 10, 2004, concerning the cancellation, at your request, of a management meeting (Category One public meeting), which had been scheduled for February 12, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. EST. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss performance of the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant Unit 2. I understand that you plan on rescheduling this meeting at a later date.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
