SUBJECT:
NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT - COOPER NUCLEAR STATION (TAC NO. MC1914)
Dear Mr. Edington:
The Commission requested the Office of the Federal Register to publish the enclosed "Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License, Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination, and Opportunity for Hearing."
This notice relates to your amendment application dated January 30, 2004, which would add a temporary note to the Technical Specifications (TS) to allow a one-time extension of a limited number of TS Surveillance Requirements (SR).
