Fwd: Re: DRAFT INSPECTION PROCEDURE ON MANUAL ACTIONS This E-Mail says do not use the DRAFT inspection procedure to inspect licensees. That is contrary to the words contained in the DRAFT IP and TOO LATE for us. We already used it at Shearon Harris.
Fortunately, the DRAFT IP on maunal actions did not contain anything that was new and different from what we had been doing in the past. It was all just listed in a checklist format.
