11/16/03 1201 Shutdown reactor due to a delay in the startup of the secondary plant for Investigation of the Lube Oil System.

11/22/03 0907 Shutdown reactor due to a delay In the startup of the turbine because of Hydrogen Seal Oil System problems.

11/30/03 2400 Unit finished the month at 0% / 0 MWe.
