Dear Mr. Scalice:
This refers to the meeting conducted at your request at the Region II Office in Atlanta, Georgia, on December 15, 2003, at 1:00 p.m. The meetings purpose was to discuss TVAs nuclear strategic performance improvement initiatives. Enclosed are a list of attendees and the presentation handout.
The discussions included the following topics: TVA Performance Trends, Industrial Safety, Equipment Reliability, Excellence in Human Performance, and Intolerance for Equipment Deficiencies. The meeting was informative and did not result in specific action items or decisions.
