- CATEGORY ONE MEETING H. B. ROBINSON STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT UNIT 2 - DOCKET NO. 50-261
Dear Mr. Moyer:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Chuck Baucom of your staff and Mr. George MacDonald on November 7, 2003, concerning a management meeting (Category One public meeting), which has been scheduled for December 17, 2003, at 1:00 p.m. EST.
The purpose of this meeting, conducted at your request, is to discuss performance of the H. B.
Robinson Steam Electric Plant Unit 2. The location of the meeting will be at the Region II Office located at 61 Forsyth Street SW, Suite 24T20, Atlanta, Georgia 30303-8931. This meeting will be an open meeting in accordance with NRCs Policy Statement for Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings, May 28, 2002 (Federal Register Volume 67, Number 102, 36920-36924).
