Request Amendment No. 7 to Facility Operating License No. R-130 McClellan Nuclear Radiation Center Gentlemen, It is requested that the attached proposed Amendment 7 to the UCD/MNRC Facility Operating License No. R-130 be approved for use. The nature of the change is to allow radioactive materials not produced by the reactor to be received possessed and used on the site.
Proposed change is to section 2B of Facility Operating License No. R-1 30-Regents of the University of California (FAC NO MA3477) 2.B. (4) In addition to those items specified in 2.B (3) the following radioactive materials may be received, possessed, and used at the facility.
