RECORD OF PHONE CALL ON SEPTEMBER 17, 2003 -
SEPTEMBER 8, 2003, RIVERKEEPER AND UNION OF CONCERNED SCIENTISTS (UCS) 2.206 PETITION (TAC NOS. MC0725 AND MC0726)
On September 17, 2003, the staff called David Lochbaum of the UCS regarding the submission of a 2.206 petition dated September 8, 2003. Mr. Lochbaum agreed to be the single point of contact for all matters concerning the petition. The phone call was also used to arrange the petition review board meeting times. Mr. Lochbaum informed the staff that he intended to supplement the petition and that the petition could be made publicly available.
