A 10 CFR 2.206 Petition was submitted by letter dated September 8, 2003, from Riverkeeper and UCS. This petition requests the NRC take enforcement actions against Entergy, and suspend the license/preclude plant restart until certain conditions have been met. The purpose of this meeting is to allow the petitioners to provide any relevant additional explanation and support for the petition requests (see attached agenda).

This is a Category 3 meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting by providing comments and asking questions throughout the meeting.
