- CATEGORY ONE PLANT STATUS MEETING - CRYSTAL RIVER NUCLEAR PLANT, DOCKET NO. 50-302
Dear Mr. Young:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. S. Powell of your staff and myself on August 19, 2003, concerning a management meeting (Category One public meeting) requested by you which is scheduled for September 19, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. (EST). The purpose of the meeting is to discuss general plant performance and status. The location of the meeting will be at the Region II Office, Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth Street, S.W.,
Atlanta, Georgia, in the DRP/DRS Conference Room, Suite 24T25. The meeting will be an open meeting in accordance with NRCs Policy Statement for Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings, May 28, 2002 (Federal Register Volume 67, Number 102, Pages 36920-36924).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
