Dear Mr. Scalice:
By letter dated May 22, 2003, you applied for amendments to the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-77 and DPR-79, respectively. Subsequently, by letter dated July 17, 2003, you withdrew the amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
Sincerely,
/RA/
