FOLLOW-UP REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION POWER UPRATE STARTUP TESTING REPORT SUPPLEMENT ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE. UNIT 2 By letter dated March 26, 2003 letter, you submitted additional information regarding your January 31, 2003, power uprate startup testing report. In that letter, you indicated that the vendor attributed the higher than anticipated differential pressure on the secondary side of the steam generator to uncertainties in pressure measurements and line loss estimates. You further indicated that you concluded that instrument error was not a significant contributor to the higher than anticipated differential pressure.
Since your March 26, 2003 letter, only ruled out instrument error as a possible cause of the higher than anticipated differential pressure, please clarify the cause for the higher than anticipated differential pressure. For example, was it attributable to line losses? If so, what was the cause for the higher than anticipated line losses?
