MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - CATEGORY ONE MEETING ROBINSON STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT 50-261
Dear Mr. Moyer:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Jan Kozyra of your staff and Mr. Caudle Julian of this office on May 28, 2003, concerning an inspection exit meeting (Category One public meeting) which has been scheduled for June 27, 2003, beginning at 8:30 a.m. (EDT). The purpose of the meeting is for the NRC to present the results of the NRCs second inspection of the Robinson Plant license renewal program to be conducted June 9 - 27, 2003. The location of the meeting will be at the Hartsville Memorial Library, 147 West College Avenue, Hartsville, SC 29550. The meeting will be an open meeting in accordance with NRCs Policy Statement for Enhancing Public Participation in NRC meeting, May 28, 2002 (Federal Register Volume 67, Number 102, 36920-36924).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
