HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION - RE: REVISION TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS BASES PAGE (TAC NO. MB8906)
Dear Mr. Anderson:
By letter dated April 28, 2003, PSEG Nuclear, LLC, provided changes to the Technical Specification (TS) Bases for the Hope Creek Generating Station. Specifically, the change revises TS Bases page B 3/4 4-5 (the bases for TS 3/4.4.6 Pressure/Temperature Limits) to explicitly state that the maximum specified heatup and cooldown rates apply to reactor coolant temperature. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has no objection to the changes.
