OYSTER CREEK NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION - REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - RELIEF REQUESTS DATED AUGUST 1, 2002 (TAC NOS. MB5790, MB5791, MB5792, AND MB5793)
Dear Mr. Skolds:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff is reviewing the subject relief requests, transmitted by your letter dated August 1, 2002. On April 9, 2003, the NRC staff and its contractor held a telephone conference with Mr. David Distel, et al., of your staff, on issues set forth in a draft Technical Letter Report (LTR) we previously e-mailed to your staff. The issues described the NRCs need for information to complete the subject review. The draft LTR is available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System under Accession No. ML030870073. This letter formalizes the NRC staffs request for additional information (RAI) set forth in the draft LTR.
Please respond within 60 days of receipt of this letter. If you need clarification of this RAI, please contact me at 301-415-1451.
