- CATEGORY ONE MEETING ANNUAL ASSESSMENT - H. B. ROBINSON STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT UNIT 2, DOCKET NO. 50-261
Dear Mr. Moyer:
This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. Chuck Baucom of your staff and Mr. Binoy Desai of the NRC staff on March 5, 2003, concerning an Annual Assessment Meeting (Category One public meeting) requested by us which is scheduled for March 27, 2003, at 3:00 p.m. (EST). The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant Unit 2. During the meeting, we recognize that you may have information which you want to present to us or any members of the public in attendance. Accordingly, if you so desire, after our presentation you will be afforded an opportunity to respond to any information contained in the Annual Assessment Letter and to discuss any new or existing programs that are designed to maintain or improve your current performance. The location of the meeting will be at the Hartsville Memorial Library, 147 West College Avenue, Hartsville SC 29550. The meeting will be an open meeting in accordance with NRCs Policy Statement for Enhancing Public Participation in NRC meetings, May 28, 2002 (Federal Register Volume 67, Number 102, 36920-36924).
