Suppression Chamber-to-Drywell Vacuum Breakers 3.6.1.7 SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS

- 1. Not required to be met for vacuum breakers that are open during Surveillances.
- 2. Not required to be met for vacuum breakers open when performing their intended function.
Verify each vacuum breaker is closed.
NOTE -
Not required to be met for vacuum breaker 21SC*RV36B for the remainder of Cycle 9.
Perform a functional test of each vacuum breaker.
