LaSalle County Station, Units 1 and 2 Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-1 1 and NPF-1 8 NRC Docket Nos. 50-373 and 50-374 Request for Amendment to Technical Specifications Section 3.4.11, "RCS Pressure and Temperature (P/T) Limits" In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, Exelon Generation Company (EGC), LLC, hereby requests the following amendment to Appendix A, Technical Specifications (TS), of Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-1 I and NPF-1 8. Specifically, the proposed changes will revise TS 3.4.11, "RCS Pressure and Temperature (P/T) Limits," to incorporate revised P/T curves. The revised P/T curves are based on calculations performed in accordance with General Electric (GE)
Topical Report NEDC-32983P, "General Electric Methodology for Reactor Pressure Vessel Fast Neutron Flux Evaluation." The NEDC-32983P methodology is consistent with the guidance contained in Regulatory Guide (RG) 1.190, "Calculational and Dosimetry Methods for Determining Pressure Vessel Neutron Fluence," dated March 2001. of this amendment request includes two GE reports containing proprietary information about this submittal. Requests for withholding this information from disclosure, in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a)(4), are provided in each report.
The information supporting the proposed TS changes is subdivided as follows.

January 31, 2003 U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 2 The proposed TS changes have been reviewed by the LaSalle County Station Plant Operations Review Committee (PORC) and approved by the Nuclear Safety Review Board (NSRB) in accordance with the Quality Assurance Program.
EGC is notifying the State of Illinois of this application for amendment by transmitting a copy of this letter and its attachments to the designated State Official.
We request approval of the proposed changes by February 1, 2004 with an implementation period of 60 days.
