Attached to this letter 'is the December, 2002, Monthly Operating Report for the Wolf Creek Generating Station. Note that item number 2, Maximum Dependable Capacity (MWe-Net), page 1 of 2 of the attached report, was in error since June, 2002.' The submitted value was 1170, but the value of 1165 is the correct value that should have been submitted. Corrected pages to previous reports are enclosed.

This submittal is being made in accordance with the requirements of Wolf Creek Generating Station Technical Specification 5.6.4, "Monthly Operating Reports." This submittal also follows the guidance of Generic Letter 97-02, "Revised Contents of the Monthly Operating Report."
