Time* Item Description DBS 1213 Relief Assumed duties of the Superintendent Shift Operations [1111]. Chuck Morris assumed the duties of the Control Room Supervisor [1041].

DBS 1849 SWV-151 SP-344A, RWP-2A, SWP-1A, and Valve Surveillance, has been completed SWV-356 satisfactorily as a Post Maintenance Test for SWV-151, SWV-152, SWV-353, SWV-354 and SWV-355. SP-344C, Containment Cooling System Fan And Valve Surveillance, has been completed satisfactorily for SWV-356. SP-338, Remote Shutdown & Post Accident Monitor Channel Check has been completed satisfactorily for SWV-151, SWV-152, SWV-353, SWV-354 and SWV-355.

SWV-151 and SWV-356 have been restored to an Operable status. The actions of ITS 3.6.6, Condition D are no longer applicable [1836].

DBS 2020 Turtle Received notification from Site Security (M. Flanagan) that a dead turtle (partially decomposed) has been recovered from the intake and transported to the Mariculture Center [1930]. The turtle is in a freezer at the Mariculture Center IAW AI-57 1. The Natural Resources Unit Staff will identify the species and evaluate notification requirements to the National Marine Fisheries Service.

NCR 60618 has been generated on this recovery.

DBS 2159 PT-399 DCV-18 and DCV-178 Stroke Test has been completed satisfactorily on the 'B' DC Train. During the time that air was aligned to these valves, the compensatory actions of ITS 3.5.2, Condition A, were applicable [2116-2123].
