11/02/02 0316 Automatic Reactor Trip and Turbine Trip due to low Steam Generator Water level. Unit entered Mode 3. (LER 2002-006) 11/04/02 0352 Unit entered Mode 2.

11/04/02 1128 Unit entered Mode 1.

11/04/02 1252 Unit at 17% Reactor Power and preparing to roll Main Turbine.

11/04/02 1621 Main Turbine rolling at 1800 rpm but Unit not online.

11/04102 1644 Manually tripped Reactor due to lowering RCS pressure from stuck open Pressurizer Spray Valve. Unit entered Mode 3. (LER 2002-007) 11/06/02 0409 Unit entered Mode 2.

11/06/02 0854 Unit entered Mode 1.

11/06/02 1306 Unit online with approximately 55 Mwe load.

11/06102 1331 Commenced power ascension to full power.

11/06/02 2300 Unit stabilized at approximately 95%.

11/8/02 2241 Unit at full power.

11/30/02 2400 Unit in Mode 1.

'ote: There were no challenges to the pressurizer safety valves during the month.
