Review of QA Topical Report (TAC MB6422, MB6423)

This is regarding your 10/17/02 request for approval of a QA topical report change. We transmitted comments to you by my e-mail of 11/14/02, and held a conference call with you on 11/18/02. Subsequent to that, we did not issue anything formal.
Thus, according to 10 CFR 50.54(a)(4)(iv), the proposed changes "shall be regarded as accepted by the Commission" on the basis that 60 days have elapsed since your submission of the proposed change. We consider our review done and are closing the subject TAC numbers as of this date.
