SUBJECT:
REGULATORY PERFORMANCE MEETING
SUMMARY
Dear Mr. Randolph:
This refers to the meeting conducted at Callaway Plant on October 9, 2002. This meeting was related to two performance deficiencies that had been previously identified and inspected at Callaway Plant (NRC Inspection Reports 50-483/01-09 and 50-483102-07). Supplemental inspections for both issues were conducted in February and August 2002 (NRC Inspection Reports 50-483/02-08 and -09). The topics discussed included descriptions of the performance deficiencies, your proposed corrective actions, NRC assessment of the corrective actions to date, and future NRC actions planned related to these performance deficiencies.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
Should you have any questions concerning this matter, we will be pleased to discuss them with you.
Sincerely, "en E.
