NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT NO. 1 - CORRECTION OF INADVERTENT ERRORS IN AMENDMENT NO. 174 (TAC NO. MB5272)
Dear Mr. Conway:
On August 26, 2002, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff issued Amendment No. 174 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-63 for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Unit No. 1. The amendment deleted requirements in the operating license and Technical Specifications concerning the Post Accident Sampling System.
Page 2 of Amendment No. 174 contains three inadvertent errors: (1) the licensees name was incorrectly identified, (2) the date of a confirmatory order was incorrectly cited, and (3) the citation of a non-existent Appendix B to the operating license. Enclosed please find a revised page 2, correcting these 3 errors. We apologize for any inconvenience these errors may have caused you.

Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications contained in Appendix A, which is attached hereto,
as revised through Amendment No. 174, is hereby incorporated into this license.
Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, LLC shall operate the facility in accordance with
the Technical Specifications.
3.
This license amendment is effective as of the date of its issuance and shall be implemented within 180 days. The requirements regarding the Post Accident Sampling System imposed by confirmatory orders dated March 14, 1983, and June 12, 1984, are
superseded by this amendment.
